How do I migrate from Sentry to Errly?

Errly supports the Sentry envelope protocol used by all modern Sentry SDKs (v7+). JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, .NET, and Node.js are all compatible. Your existing SDK version works unchanged.

Is Errly GDPR / DSGVO compliant?

Yes. All data is stored on EU servers (Hetzner, Nuremberg, Germany). Data never leaves the EU. No Schrems II issues, no Standard Contractual Clauses required.

Does Errly process personal data?

Accepted Answer

Errly processes error payloads which may contain IP addresses or user context you choose to send. All data stays within the EU and is never shared with third parties. You control what context is attached to events via the SDK.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No penalties.

What happens when I exceed my event quota?

On the Free plan, new events are dropped once the monthly quota is reached. On Starter, events are also dropped at the limit. On Pro and Business, overage events are accepted and billed at the plan's overage rate at the end of the month.

The Free plan is free forever with 5,000 events/month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) include a 14-day trial with no credit card required.

Yes. Errly accepts source map uploads via the standard Sentry release API. Your existing CI/CD pipeline for source map uploads works unchanged.

Configure alert rules per project with thresholds (e.g., 50 errors in 5 minutes). Alerts fire via email, Discord, Slack, or custom webhooks. Each rule has a configurable cooldown period to prevent alert fatigue.
